In spite of the said order, no further steps were taken by the respondent to identify and allot the house to the petitioner. Hence, left with no other alternative, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court. 4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the order passed by the 1st respondent dated 20.01.2024, there shall be a direction to the respondents to act upon the same and to allot the house to the petitioner under the Prime Minister's "Home for all Scheme", within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
