I respectfully submit that the impugned Judgment and Order dated 29.03.2021 was passed in Criminal Revision Petition No.158/2019. The learned Public Prosecutor applied for the certified copy of the order and after receipt of the same, furnished the opinion and transmitted the records to the concerned Law Officer(Senior), Mysuru Range, Mysuru on 13.05.2021 and in turn, the Law Officer (Senior), Mysuru Range, Mysuru has transmitted the file to the Department on 15.05.2021, in turn, the Department has issued Government Order on 14.06.2022 and the same was received in the Office of the Advocate General on 21.06.2022. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:53711 CRL.RP No. 993 of 2023 4. Perusal of same would indicate complete instructions were received by Advocate General Office and yet Revision Petition is filed on 11.07.2023 and virtually there is no explanation for same. 4.
