The present petition has been filed for the following relief:- "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 30.06.2025, registered as Case Crime No.570/2025, Under Sections 318, 319, 338, 336, 340, 274, 275 (B.N.S.), 2023 and under Section 59 Food Safety and Standards Act 2006, Police Station Kotwali Nagar, District-Banda." A perusal of the First Information Report discloses commission of offence in the above case. In view of the aforesaid, no case for quashing the first information report is made out.
