Issue a Writ, direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.2/ Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Ballia Sadar, District-Ballia, to decide the declaratory suit being Case No. 594 of 2025, computerized case no, T202515090300594 (Azad Vs. Bhairavnath) under section 144, U.P. Revenue Code-2006 (old case no. 1513 of 2014, under section 229-B U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act, 1950), as expeditiously as possible within some stipulated period." It is contended that the proceedings under Section 144 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 are pending consideration, which are registered as Case No. 595 of 2025 (computerized case no. T202515090300595). The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for expeditious disposal of the said case. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, or calling for counter affidavit, the matter is being disposed of, at the admission stage, with a direction upon respondent No.2- Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Ballia Sadar, District-Ballia to decide the Case No. 595 of 2025 (computerized case no. T202515090300595) filed under Section 144 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, after hearing all the concerned parties, strictly in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
