ORDER 07.08.2025 1. The petitioner in the instant petition seeks a direction upon respondents to take him back into service on the same terms, on which he was engaged and continued till September, 2009, and further to regularize his service, taking into account the continuous seven years service rendered by him till 05.09.2009. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that she would feel satisfied, in case, the present petition is treated as representation and the respondents be directed to consider the claim of the petitioner, strictly in accordance with rules and law applicable. Learned counsel for the respondents is not averse to the preposition made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. Be that as it may, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner, as refereed in this petition within a period of two months from the date copy of the writ petition along with annexures thereto are served upon them. Respondents are directed to consider the claim of the petitioner strictly in terms of rules and law occupying the field. 4. Disposed of in the manner as indicated above.
