The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Barwadih P.S. Case No. 54 of 2008 (S.T. Case No.46(B)/2012), for the offences registered under Section 395 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Latehar. On 30.08.2008 at about 4:30 P.M., 5 to 6 persons committed bus dacoity near Baksamore, Barwadih. It was submitted that petitioner was neither named in the F.I.R. nor he was put on T.I.Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from his possession. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that petitioner had absconded. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Latehar, in connection with Barwadih P.S.
