The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 79/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 281 & 106(1) of the B.N.S., 2023 subsequently Sections 103(1) & 61(2) of the B.N.S. 2023 were added, pending in the Court of learned learned C.J.M., Palamau. 3. On 04.09.2024 at about 9:00 A.M. the petitioner is alleged to have dashed mother-in-law of the informant by motorcycle, due to which she succumbed to her injuries. 4. It appears that initially the F.I.R. was registered under Sections 281 & 106(1) of the B.N.S., 2023, later one it was converted to Sections 103(1) & 61(2) of the B.N.S., 2023. 5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that there was family dispute due to which the informant has implicated this petitioner. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned CJ.M., Palamau in connection with Sadar P.S.
