The instant Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioner seeking indulgence of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:

Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent State. Perused the material on record. None represented for the Petitioner.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home placed on record the written instructions and would submit that basing on the complaint given by the Petitioner in SPANDANA programme and during enquiry it was revealed that the subject matter is purely family dispute and no case was registered against the Petitioner and no orders are necessary in this Writ Petition.
