Ms. Oindrila Ghosh … for the petitioner Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the order of this Court dated December 11, 2023, has not been complied with. However, it appears that, in compliance with the said order, the University has passed a reasoned order dated September 30, 2024, declaring the petitioner disqualified for the B.Ed. session 2018–2020. The said reasoned order was passed after affording an opportunity of hearing to both the petitioner and the concerned college. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner now seeks to assail the order dated September 30, 2024, on various grounds. In my view, the University has duly complied with the order dated December 11, 2023. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order of the University dated September 30, 2024, the appropriate remedy 2 would be to file a separate writ petition challenging the same. Accordingly, CPAN 89 of 2025 is disposed of. (Kausik Chanda, J.)
