The memo so filed read as follows: "MEMO FOR WITHDRAWAL The Petitioner filed the above writ petition requesting this Hon'ble Court to direct the Learned Senior Civil Judge & JMFC, Maddur to consider the application of the Petitioner for engaging the services of new advocate before considering the application filed by the father of the Petitioner to come as co-plaintiff. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:27835 WP No. 21305 of 2025 O.S.No.5/2024 was taken up by the learned Senior Civil Judge & JMFC, Maddur. The Petitioner brought to the notice of the Court the filing of the writ petition seeking a writ of Mandamus to consider the memo filed by the Petitioner. The Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass on 7.7.2025 permitting me to engage the services of an advocate. The matter is now listed on 19.7.2025. Therefore, the above writ petition has become infructuous. In view of the facts and circumstances referred to above, it is humbly prayed this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the Petitioner to withdraw the above writ petition. THEREFORE, it is humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the petitioner to withdraw the above writ petition, in the interest of justice."
