By means of the present writ petition, petitioner has challenged the FIR No.0225 of 2025, under Sections 109, 190, 191(2), 191(3), 3(5) of BNS, 2023, registered at Police Station Jwalapur, District Haridwar. 4. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is minor, therefore, a juvenile on the date of alleged occurrence since his date of birth is 30.08.2011. 5. I find force in the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner In proof of the support of his juvenility, petitioner has annexed admit card of High School Examination, 2025, annexure-3 to writ petition, which reflects the age of petitioner as 30.08.2011. 6. Since the petitioner is a juvenile, therefore, in view of the provisions contained in the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015, there is no apprehension of the petitioner being arrested during investigation. 7. In this view of the matter, no order is required to be passed. Accordingly, the writ petition is hereby closed. 8. Pending application, if any, stands disposed of accordingly.
