In pursuance to the previous orders passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel has obtained instructions in the matter and on the basis of his instructions, the Standing Counsel states that an order dated 24.12.2024 had been passed by the District Inspector of schools, Jaunpur deciding and rejecting the claim of the applicant for payment of GPF amount. The order dated 24.12.2024 has also been handed over to the Court and forms part of the records of the case. As the order passed by the Writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application. The application is disposed of and consigned to records. Notice is discharged. The applicant has the remedy to challenge the order dated 24.12.2024 on merits before the appropriate forum.
