A further prayer has also been made for directing the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner for promotion. Learned counsel for the petitioner has moved an application bearing No.CM-2387-CWP-2025 for seeking disposal of the instant petition in terms of the judgment dated 21.10.2024 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in LPA No.1659 of 2024 titled as State of Haryana and Another Versus Sanjeev Tanwar. Counsel contends that the controversy involved in the present petition is squarely covered by the abovementioned judgment.
