The correction application has been moved for seeking correction in the order dated 30.07.2025, whereby, the applicant was enlarged on bail. 4. It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that in paragraph-3 of the order one penal provision could not be transcribed i.e. Section 3(5) of BNS, 2023. 5. Learned State counsel have no objection. 6. Accordingly, the correction application is allowed. 7. The order dated 30.07.2025 be corrected by adding one more penal provision in paragraph-3 i.e. Section 3(5) of BNS, 2023. 8. This order be treated as part of the order dated 30.07.2025.
