Learned High Court Government Pleader accepts notice for the said respondent. 2. The present petition has been filed seeking for issuance of writ of mandamus directing respondents 2 and 3 to conduct hudbast based on the applications at Annexures - E and F in respect of the land of the petitioners. Petitioners have also sought for a direction to the Police - Authorities to offer police protection during survey. 3. It is the assertion of the learned Additional Government Advocate representing the State authorities that police protection sought for, is a matter of record and the Assistant Director of Land Records has also submitted that the police authorities to be present at the time of survey at the site. 5. The Hudbast proceedings to be completed and the newly added respondent is directed to afford police protection on the date on which the requisition is made by the Assistant Director of Land Records. 6.
