Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Azaz Ahmad, learned counsel for the first informant and the learned AGA for the State. 3. Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the First Information Report dated 08.05.2025 registered as Case Crime No.88 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(3), 103(1), 3(5) of the B.N.S, Police Station Dilari, District Moradabad. 4. Upon hearing learned counsel for the parties and upon perusal of the impugned F.I.R., we find that submissions made on behalf of the petitioner are his defence, which cannot be looked into while dealing with a writ petition seeking quashing of the first information report. 5. Moreover, the allegations made in the first information report clearly disclose commission of cognizable offences and the allegations are serious in nature. Therefore, prayer of the petitioner to quash the first information report, is completely misconceived and is rejected. 6. Under the circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed, however, without prejudice to the rights of the petitioner, he may to apply for bail/anticipatory bail.
