Petitioner seeks a direction for consideration of his representation by respondent No. 3 on the post of Anganwadi Worker for which his wife has set up a claim. Learned Standing Counsel submits that husband cannot maintain a petition at the behest of his wife who is the applicant pursuant to the notification issued for selection and appointment of Anganwadi Worker. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute that petitioner is husband. In view of the above, I decline to grant indulgence in the matter. Petition is accordingly dismissed with the liberty to the concerned applicant to approach the Court, if so advised. It is made clear that as an when any fresh petition is filed by Mrs. Priyanka w/o Kapil Dev Chaudhari, a copy thereof shall be served in advance upon Mr. Deepak Kumar Tripathi, learned Advocate who has put in appearance on behalf of respondent No. 4, selected Anganwadi Worker.
