The distance between Satara to Panvel is approximately 300 kms. The applicant finding difficult to attend the Court dates at Panvel. The Applicant is a lady. She has no source of income. It is settled principle of law that convenience of the wife has to be considered over the husband. Considering these facts, I pass the following order : O R D E R I. Application is allowed. II. Marriage Petition No.92 of 2024 pending before the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Panvel to be transferred to Civil Judge, Senior Division, Vaduj at Vaduj. III.
