This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer; "Issue a Writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the District Magistrate, District Bhadohi [respondent No. 2) and Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Gyanpur, District Bhadohi (respondent No. 3) to take affective steps for demarcation of the land of petitioner being Arazi No. 9/1529, area 0.3520 (Khata No. 501) situated at Village-Baragaon, Tehsil- Gyanpur, District-Bhadohi in compliance of the order dated 24.12.2024 passed by respondent No. 3 in Case No. 7752 of 2024 (Computerized Case No. T202416670407752) (Shiv Narayan Vs State) filed under section 24 of U.P. Land Revenue Act, within specified period." 2. It is contended that an order under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 has been passed on 24.12.2024 but till date the said order has not been complied with. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the said order has neither been stayed by higher authorities nor the same has been withdrawn. The said fact has been stated in paragraph no. 16 of the writ petition. The sole prayer made in the writ petition for compliance of the order dated 24.12.2024. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending or issuing notice to the private respondents, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction upon respondent No. 2 to execute the order dated 24.12.2024 and carry out demarcation proceeding, preferably within a period of two months positively from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment. 4.
