JUSTICE ANU SIVARAMAN) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the complainant as well as the learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the accused. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the complainant submits that the writ petition is still pending and that the complainant was not permitted to work in spite of the interim order passed by this Court. It is submitted that the contentions raised in the affidavit filed by the accused also cannot be accepted. 3. However, in view of the fact that Annexure-R4 order has been passed on 01.09.2025 by the accused in compliance with the directions issued by this Court, we are of the opinion that it is for the complainant to report for duty. All other aspects are left open to be decided in the - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:34886-DB CCC No. 609 of 2023 pending writ petition.
