The complainants have filed the present complaint alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 25.04.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in WP.No.11318/2025 (LB/RES). In terms of the said order the learned Single Judged - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:50317-DB CCC No. 1514 of 2025 had directed the Planning Authority to take action upon receipt of report of the Committee within a period of 30 days. The court has also observed that the Planning Authority would take a final decision regarding grant or otherwise of the plan in accordance with the statutory scheme. 2. The learned counsel for the complainants submits that accused No.1 has issued an endorsement dated 20.11.2025 rejecting the application. 3. In view of the above, no steps are required to be taken pursuant to the present complaint. The same stands closed. 4. We clarify that this order would not preclude the complainants from availing its remedy in respect of the endorsement dated 20.11.2025 in accordance with law.
