By the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a limited prayer that the petitioner has submitted a representation to the respondent no. 3 regarding the illegal demolition and construction made by the respondent no. 4 for the which the petitioner’s shop is being damaged and the same be directed to decided within a stipulated period. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that shop of the present petitioner is adjacent to the respondent no. 4 shop. The respondent no. 4 is raising construction over the existing shop of respondent no. 4 by demolishing the existing shop for the which the shop owned by the petitioner is being damaged. Regarding the same the petitioner has intimated the municipal corporation on various occasion starting from 19.03.2024 to 12.12.2024, however the respondent corporation is not taking any action or steps regarding the complaint made by the petitioner. 3 3. Learned State counsel submits that it is the Commissioner, who can decide the representation and looking into the grievance of the petitioner. 4. I have heard learned counsels for the parties and perused the representation submitted by the petitioner on various occasion to the Commissioner, hence, it is directed that Commissioner Municipal Corporation Bilaspur shall look into the grievance of the petitioner and take necessary steps to settle the grievance and dispute between the petitioner as well as respondent no. 4, by providing sufÏcient opportunity of hearing to both the parties within a period of 30 days from the receipt of the order of this Court . The petitioner may apprise the Commissioner Municipal Corporation about the order of this Court. 5. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of. Sd/- (Bibhu Datta Guru) Judge Shoaib
