This application has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to the opposite party nos. 2 and 3 vide order dated 5.10.2024 passed by the Court of First Additional District and Sessions Judge, Aurangabad in ABP No. 1934 of 2024 arising out of Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 394 of 2024 under Sections 3(5), 111, 126(2), 169, 197, 307, 308(5), 303(2), 305, 324, 351(2) of BNS, 2023. 3. I have perused the impugned order granting bail to the opposite party nos. 2 and 3 and do not find any error in the said order. Further, the petitioner has not been able to show any Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22527 of 2025(2) dt.22-07-2026 2/2 good ground to interfere with the impugned order granting bail to the opposite party nos.2 and 3. Hence, no ground for cancellation of bail is made out. 4.
