At the request of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the case is taken up out of turn. 2. The instant contempt petition is pending adjudication before this court for more than two years and till date the interim order passed by this court dated 26th April 2023 has not been complied with. 3. The instant contempt petition arises out of interim order passed by this court and no fruitful purpose would be served if the contempt petition is kept pending. At this stage, Mr. Bikram Deep Singh, learned Dy.AG submits that the order passed by this Court shall be complied with in two weeks positively. In light of the assurance extended by Mr. Bikram Deep Singh, the instant contempt petition is disposed by directing the respondent No. 2 to accord consideration to the application filed by the petitioner for the grant of building permission strictly in conformity with the order passed by this Court dated 26.04.2023 and the order of consideration, which is likely to be passed, should be forwarded to the petitioner through registered post and the respondent is directed to place on record the same along with the reply in the main petition. 4. Contempt proceedings are closed. 5. It is made clear that if the aforesaid order is not complied with, within the period mentioned above, the petitioner will be at liberty to revive the contempt petition and in that eventuality the court will be constrained to initiate coercive measures against the respondents. 6.
