This application has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to the opposite party no. 02 by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court passed in this case vide order dated 15.01.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 74780 of 2023 arising out of Mahila P.S. Case No. 19 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 376, 493, 420, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. I have perused the impugned order granting bail to the opposite party no. 2 and do not find any error in the said order. Further, the petitioner has not been able to show any good ground to interfere with the impugned order granting bail to the opposite party no. 2. Hence, no ground for cancellation of bail is Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22197 of 2025(3) dt.22-07-2026 2/2 made out. 4. Accordingly, this cancellation bail application is rejected.
