Accordingly, this Interlocutory Application is dismissed as withdrawn. B.A. No. 2498 of 2025 Heard the parties 2. Petitioners have been made accused in connection with Daltonganj Sadar P.S. Case No. 105 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 103(1) and 61(2) (a) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Palamau at Daltonganj. 3. On 23.10.2024, younger brother of the informant namely Shubham Kumar was murdered. Suspicion was raised upon the Petitioner No.2 Gudiya Kumari and her family members that after committing the murder of the deceased, they left his dead body on a Railway track. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has submitted that the Petitioner No. 2 Gudiya Kumari is named in the F.I.R, while Petitioner Nos. 1 and 3 are not named in the F.I.R. It was further submitted that apart from confession, there is no allegation against them on the record. 5. Mr. Shiv Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that on the basis of confession of the Petitioner No. 2, Gudiya Kumari, the axe which was used in committing the murder of the deceased was recovered. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to release the Petitioner No. 2 Gudiya Kumari @ Vijeta Kumari, on bail. Accordingly, her prayer for bail stands rejected. 7. As far as the Petitioner No.1 Anita Kuer and Petitioner No.3 Nitesh Kumar Ram are concerned, I am inclined to release them on bail. Accordingly, Petitioner No.1 Anita Kuer and Petitioner No.3 Nitesh Kumar Ram are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- each (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Palamau at Daltonganj in connection with Daltonganj Sadar P.S.
