JUSTICE M.NAGAPRASANNA ORAL ORDER The petitioners – plaintiffs are before this Court seeking the following prayer: “(i) ISSUE a writ of mandamus or any other writ or direction directing the Senior Civil Judge & JMFC., at Devanahalli to dispose of O.S.NO.254/2010 expeditiously and at any rate within the timeframe to be fixed by this Hon’ble Court to meet the ends of justice, as per Annexure-B. (ii) GRANT such other order or direction as it deems fit to grant in the facts and circumstances of the case.” 2. The petitioners – plaintiffs institute a suit in O.S.No.254/2010, for declaration and possession. The suit is still pending for the last 15 years. A perusal at the order sheet would indicate that plethora of adjournments are granted by the concerned Court and not taking the proceedings to its logical conclusion. For the aforesaid reasons, the following: ORDER a. The writ petition is allowed. b. The Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Devanahalli, is directed to dispose O.S.No.254/2010, within an outer limit of six months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Ordered accordingly.
