The present appeal has been filed by the appellant under Section 374 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 against the judgement and order of conviction passed by the learned Special Judge, Additional Sessions Court, Navsari in Special POCSO Case No. 16/2014 on 05.10.2018, whereby, the learned Trial Court has convicted the appellant for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366, 376 and 506(2) of Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012. 2. Heard learned advocate Mr. Amit Chaudhary for the appellant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor Ms. C.M. Shah for the respondent-State. R/CR.A/1894/2018 ORDER DATED: 05/12/2025 3. Learned APP Ms. C.M. Shah has submitted the jail remarks which is taken on record and as per the jail remarks, after the appellant was sentenced, he has undergone the entire period of sentence and has paid the amount of fine of Rs.7600/- and has been released from the jail on 09.05.2023. 4. Learned advocate Mr. Amit Chaudhary submits that as the appellant has already undergone the sentence, the appeal has become infructuous and necessary orders may be passed. 5.
