This Court, vide order dated 24.07.2024, passed in MCRC No. 3905 of 2024, while allowing the bail to the applicant, namely, Santosh Singh had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned Additional Sessions Judge (F.T.C.), Ambikapur District- Surguja (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 21.01.2025 has requested for KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 grant of some more time for concluding the trial. 4. It transpires from perusal of the PUD, that in this case, at present seven prosecution witnesses have left to be examined. Hence the conclusion of the trial is likely to take some time. Therefore, he prays for grant of some more time for concluding the same. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of five months from today. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 7.
