In the present writ petition, the petitioner is praying for a direction to the respondents to regularize the service of the petitioner w.e.f.18.06.1985. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that although the petitioner has been regularized w.e.f. 2010 but he is entitled for regulrization w.e.f.18.06.1985. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions from petitioner, further submits that at this stage, he will be satisfied if the present writ petition be treated as a representation and a direction is given to respondent No.2 to decide the same in a time bound manner.
