The matter comes up for consideration of IA(Civil) No.535/2025 filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 with the prayer for condonation of delay of 142 days in filing the connected writ appeal. Boruah, learned Standing Counsel, Accountant General, is appearing on behalf of the respondent No.7. Service is, therefore, complete. Learned counsel for the respondents have not seriously opposed the condonation application. In view of the above and having gone through the contents of the application, we deem it appropriate to condone the delay in filing the connected writ appeal. Accordingly, the delay of 142 days in filing the connected writ appeal is condoned. The interlocutory application is disposed of.
