Heard the parties.
The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No.137 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 61 of the B.N.S, 2023 and Sections 66(B), 66(C), 66(D), 84(C) of the I.T. Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Deoghar. On 23.12.2024, Cyber Police Deoghar, on the basis of confidential information that cyber criminals have assembled near Mohanpur High School, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended this petitioner and co-accused persons. On search, three mobile phones were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was submitted that petitioner has remained in custody for about 9 months. Report regarding the stage of trial earlier called for, has been received. It appears that charge has not been framed in this case. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Deoghar, in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No.137 of 2024.
