The Petitioner seeks directions, directing the Tahsildar-Sangola to investigate the illegal action and irregularities committed by the Respondents in constructing improved soak pits for waste water at Manegaon, Tal-Sangola, No. of work 47 in technical Sanction registration No. 833 of 2018-19. 2. We therefore request the Chief Executive Oicer, Zilla Parishad, Solapur (“CEO”) to look into the grievances made in this PIL and take appropriate action, if he inds there are irregularities and illegalities committed in respect of the said work.
3. We have requested Mr. Ashok Misal, Advocate, to appear in the matter on behalf of the Zilla Parishad, Solapur. He therefore requested for some time to take instructions. However, considering the nature of the orders we propose that the PIL need not be kept pending any further.
4. Oice is directed to supply copies of the PIL to Mr. Misal. Mr. Misal to inform the CEO about this order. The PIL be treated as representation by the CEO.
5. The CEO is requested to look into the matter and take appropriate action, if he inds substance in the complaint after making necessary inquiries.
