THE PETITION COMING O+N FOR CONCILIATION BEFORE LOK ADALAT, THE FOLLOWING CONCILIATION ORDER IS PASSED: CONCILIATION ORDER The petition is filed by the Corporation assailing the award in I.D. No.343/2014 on the file of Industrial Tribunal, Hubballi. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner/Corporation and respondent/employee would submit that the dispute is settled and the parties have reduced the terms of the settlement in the joint memo. 3. The joint memo reads as under:- "JOINT MEMO THE WP FILED AGAINST THE AWARD IN ID.NO.343/2014 dated 1.1.2022 on the file of the Industrial Tribunal, Hubballi has been settled between the parties on the following terms and the award may kindly be modified as under: 1. The reduction of one increment permanently is modified by restoring one increment for the purpose of payment of gratuity without financial benefits from the date of punishment till retirement. 2. The parties to the proceedings have agreed for the above terms." 3 4. The joint memo is taken on record. 5. This Court does not find any impediment to accept the terms of the settlement.
