Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner would be satisfied if he is permitted to make a representation to respondents for the reliefs claimed by him in instant writ petition. He submits that he intends to make a representation in pursuance of the
Judgment passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court. Counsel for the respondents submits respondents have no objection, if petitioner makes a representation before the authorities concerned for appointment on compassionate grounds. In view of the submissions made, this petition shall stand disposed of by providing that petitioner shall make a representation before the authorities and the authorities to consider the said representation strictly in accordance with provisions of law governing the subject.
