Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the CCTV footage which was available with the Investigating Agency was not produced before the Court and thus, anticipatory bail has been granted without appreciating the same. After hearing learned counsel for the parties, present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the same Court, which has granted anticipatory bail to respondent No.2. If, the CCTV footage is produced, the same be appreciated by learned Court while dealing with the petition.
