The present petition has been filed challenging the first information report dated 22.5.2025 arising out of Case Crime No. 0188 of 2025, under Sections 333, 74, 352, 351(2) of B.N.S. 2023, Section 7 and 8 of POCSO Act, Section 3(2)(va) and Section 3(1)(s) of the S.C./S.T. Act (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (Amendment 2015), Police Station-Saini, District-Kaushambi. It has been stated by the Additional Government Advocate that Section 65(1) of B.N.S. 2023, Section 3/4 of POCSO Act and Section 3(2)(v) of the SC/ST Act have been added after deleting Section 74 of B.N.S. 2023 and Section 7/8 of POCSO Act. A perusal of the First Information Report discloses commission of offence. In view of the aforesaid, no case for quashing the first information report is made out.
