No new ground has been made out in the present bail application. It has been informed by the learned counsel for the applicant that the trial has not yet been concluded despite the order passed earlier by this Court. 4. The bail application of the applicant- Nanga Alias Pawan Thakhur, who is involved in Case Crime No.167 of 2024, under Sections 376-A IPC and Section 5m/6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, Police Station- Sikandra, District- Agra, is accordingly rejected. 5. However, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the case and conclude the same as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law.
