Petitioner has moved an application for demarcation under Section 41 of Land Revenue Act. Since application is pending consideration before S.D.M, Haldwani for long, therefore petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to expedite demarcation proceedings. 3. Learned State Counsel submits that application was filed by petitioner in the year 2022 and thereafter report from Tehsildar concerned has also been received. Thus, he submits that application can now be decided within the time stipulated by this Court. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to S.D.M., Haldwani, District Nainital to take decision on the application filed by petitioner, within six months from date of production of certified copy of this order.
