Learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that it has been stated in the compliance report/affidavit dated 29.11.2023 that in pursuance of the judgment passed by the Writ Court, the relief has been granted to all the employees through instructions dated 24.05.2023 which has been annexed as Annexure R-1. It is submitted that in view of the same, the present contempt petition has been rendered infructuous.
