The present petition has been filed praying for the following reliefs:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned recovery notice dated 13.05.2025 issued by the Tehsildar Tehsil Jakhaniya District Ghazipur by which imposed the Stamp Deficiency upon the petitioner sum of Rs. 2,53,440/- ( annexure no. 1 to this writ petition ). (ii) Issue any other suitable writ, order or direction the nature of case, as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Shashi Kant, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent nos. 1 to 4. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State-respondents apprise the Court that the R.C. has already been issued against the petitioner and the same is not under challenge. 4. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw this petition to challenge the R.C. issued by the authority concerned. 5. Leave granted. 6.
