Short counter-affidavit has been filed by Sri Imran Ahmad, learned counsel for respondent no.3, stating that the parties have settled their dispute outside the court and he has no objection in case the impugned F.I.R. is quashed. In view of the above, impugned FIR is quashed. The writ petition is allowed. Investigating officer of this case is directed to make entry of this compromise in the case diary.
