It is submitted by the learned counsel that inadvertently the name of the Petitioner was stated as “Chhabi Naik” in the cause title and consequently the same was reflected in the order dated 01.10.2025 instead of “Chhabi Naik @ Nuthuru”. Memo to the said effect along with consolidated cause title is taken on record. 4. Taking note of the same, the I.A is allowed. “Chhabi Naik” mentioned in the order dated 01.10.2025 be read as “Chhabi Naik @ Nuthuru”. 5. Rest part of the order dated 12.09.2025 remains unaltered. 6. I.A is accordingly disposed of. 7.
