1. Heard Mr. D. Talukdar, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. R. J. Baruah, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, namely, Md. Ridul Ali was granted interim bail by this Court by order dated 13.02.2025 and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, he has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has co-operated in the investigation.

3. On the other hand, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced the case diary of Hajo P.S. 26/2025 and has submitted that though there are incriminating materials against the petitioner in the case diary, however, he has appeared before the Investigating Officer and his statement under Section 181 BNS has been recorded.
4. As the petitioner has complied with the directions of this Court and has co- operated in the investigation, hence, the interim bail granted to the above named petitioner by order dated 13.02.2025 is hereby made absolute subject to condition that he shall continue to co-operate in the investigation.
5. This anticipatory bail application is disposed of.
