By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for quashing of the order dated 12.06.2025. 3. Learned Standing counsel submits that it is the general order of transfer which is under challenge as petitioner has been transferred within the same district, however, he is not averse to the petitoiner's representation, if any, may be directed to be disposed of in accordance with law. 4. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the petitioner to make a fresh representation regarding his claim before District Panchayat Raj Officer, District S.K. Nagar within a period of two weeks taking into consideration the provisions contained under the transfer policy, the same shall be looked into and considered and also disposed of as expeditiously as possible preferably within a further period of six weeks by means of reasoned and speaking order after giving opportunity of hearing to all the appearing parties. 5. Needless to add order to be passed shall be reasoned and speaking one.
