ORAL ORDER
In this writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner is that, though the petitioner completed the work entrusted by the respondent-University, amount was not disbursed for completion of civil works. In this regard, the petitioner approached the respondent-University by way of representation dated 03rd August, 2019 (Annexure-A6), seeking finalization and payment of various construction projects taken on tender basis in the premises of Jnanabharati Campus pertaining to Bengaluru University. 2. Heard Sri. V.B. Shivakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri. N.K. Ramesh, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.1. - 3 -

3. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and perusal of the averments made in the writ petition, the same would indicate that the Civil works entrusted to the petitioner have been completed as per the Work Completion Certificate dated 28th July, 2017 (Annexure-A3).
In that view of the matter, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, the respondent-University is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03rd August, 2019 (Annexure-A6) in accordance with law, within an outer limit of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
