This is an application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023, praying for pre-arrest bail in respect of Dhubri P.S. Case No. 24/2025. Page No.# 2/2 3. There is a dispute between two professors working in a college at Dhubri. On a plain reading of the FIR, it can be easily gathered that the petitioner, who is a professor and his colleague, who is also a professor were in love. They were maintaining relationship with each other and because of some personal disputes, the FIR was filed. 4. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsels of both sides. 5. This Court is of the opinion that under these circumstances, the present petitioner does not deserve to be detained in custody. Therefore, his pre-arrest bail application is allowed. 6. It is hereby directed that in the event of arrest in connection with Dhubri P.S. Case No. 24/2025, the petitioner Sri Bhrigumoni Nath shall be released on bail of ₹20,000/- with a surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting authority. 7. The petitioner shall co-operate with the Investigating Officer as and when required. With the aforesaid direction, the present bail application stands disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
