The connected writ petition being WP(C) 1326/2022 was instituted by one Jatin Dutta (hereinafter, referred to as the original petitioner). During the pendency of the said writ petition, the original petitioner Page No.# 3/3 expired on 13.09.2024. The cause of action in the said writ petition being surviving, the legal heirs of the original petitioner have instituted the present Interlocutory Application praying for substituting them in place of the original petitioner. I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and also perused the materials available on record. On a consideration so made and the cause of action in the connected writ petition being surviving, the substitution of the applicants herein as petitioners in the place of the original petitioner is hereby allowed.
