1. By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:-
“10.1. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the records pertaining to the instant case.
10.2. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to pass writ/writs, direction/directions to the Respondent No. 3 and 4 to consider the case of the Petitioners for absorption in the School Education Department in the interest of justice in light of the orders passed by this
3 Hon'ble High Court of Chhattisgarh.
10.3. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to pass writ/writs, direction/directions to the Respondent No. 3 to consider and decide the representations of the Petitioner within a stipulated period of one month in the interest of justice.
10.4. Any appropriate writ/writs, direction/directions or
order may kindly be passed in favour of the Petitioner, which this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the circumstances of the case.”

Brief facts of the case, is that, the petitioners are not challenging any particular order but seeking a direction from this Hon'ble Court for consideration of their case in light of the order passed by this Hon'ble Court whereby this Hon'ble Court has directed for the consideration of their case for regularisation as the petitioner being Shiksha Karmi Grade I has completed two years of service from the initial date of appointment, and thereafter the petitioner has been regularised, but the respondent authorities despite knowing this fact that the petitioner has completed more than two years of service has not granted or absorbed the petitioners in the School Education Department, because of which rights of the petitioners are being curtailed due to the delay on the part of the respondent authorities in submission of the documents of the
4 petitioners before respondent No. 3.
3. Mr. Pranjal Agrawal, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners are seeking absorption in accordance with law. He further submits that proposal has already been made vide proposal dated 29.09.2023, however, due to the acts of the respondents authorities the petitioners could not be absorbed.
4. On the other hand learned counsel for the respondent/State submits that they will verify the proposal for absorption and they will pass appropriate orders for absorption of the petitioners within a period of 45 days.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondents are directed to consider the claim of the petitioners for absorption within a period of 45 days and to pass appropriate orders in respect of absorption considering proposal order dated 29.09.2023 and memo dated 09.08.2024 by which they were
directed to be absorbed.
6. With this observation and direction, the writ petition stands
