This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(1) शददय नययययलय दयरय परमयददश पकक तत मम आददश, अथवय तनदरश पयररत कर तवपकक ससखयय 1 ( अपर आययक (नययतयक) पययगरयज मणडल पययगरयज) कक तनदरतशत तकयय जयवद तक अपकलयरथरनक/ तवपकक ससखयय 3 दयरय पसतयत (तवचयरयधकन) अपकल ससखयय 1878/2024, कमपययटरककक त वयद ससखयय C 202402000001878, बमयकदमय शकय नतलय ददवक बनयम रयधदशययम आतद, अनतगरत धयरय 38 (4) उतर पददश रयजसव ससतहतय 2006, पर यथय शकघ सयनवयई हदतय उतचत आजय पयररत तकयद जयनद हदतय आजय पयररत तकयद जयनद कक अनयकमपय कक जयवम ।" It is contended that the Appeal No.1878 of 2024 (Computerized No.C 202402000001878), under section- 38 (4) U.P. Revenue Code 2006 is pending consideration before respondent no.1. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is to expedite the aforesaid case. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending or issuing notice to the private respondents, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction upon respondent no.1-Additional Commissioner (Judicial), Prayagraj Division, Prayagraj to decide Appeal No.1878 of 2024 (Computerized No.C202402000001878), under section- 38 (4) U.P. Revenue Code 2006, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
